Basile, Contracting Officer Provide a horizontal baling machine with above ground feed conveyor. The baling machine shall have the following characteristics: bale size 60'' x 30'' x 48'', feed opening 58'' x 35'', electric motor, 20 HP, 460 volt, 3 phase, 2 hydraulic cylinders with a 54'' stoke, platen pressure at least 124,400 lbs, able to bale office, news, magazine and paper without fluffing or shredding, machine dimensions shall be approximately 12' 6'' long x 6' 6'' wide, cycle time 40 - 45 seconds, above ground feed conveyor 14'' incline at 30'' and 5' horizontal noseover, 40'' wide PVC rough top, 1.5 HP 47- volt electric motor with 1 yard hopper capacity. One (1) each baler shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination to Pearl Harbor within 180 days after date of contract. This is a 100% small business set-aside and Note 1 applies.
