SOL DABT39-95-B-0037 DUE 080795 POC Contract Specialist Dewayne Cochrane (405) 442-4315 (Site Code W804A6) Principal features of this project are as follows: Furnish all required plant, labor, equipment, and materials to complete all work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for the following: Remove refrigerant compressor, refrigerant piping, two air handling units, air cooled condenser, and condensing unit. Install chiller with outside air stat, chilled water pump, system of chilled water piping. Install two air handling units, one single zone and one multi-zone. Units to have chilled/heating water coil. Install manual change over valves. Install fire damper. Connect chilled water piping to existing heating water piping using manual change-over valves. Maintain operation of existing boiler and pump. Ductwork modifications including adding ventilation air. HVAC controls. Electrical. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the specifications and to perform other work items which may be required or associated with this type of work. The estimated issue date for this project is 07/06/95. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder/offeror.
