Requirements also include excavation, installation of landscape, repair of brick and concrete, and interior painting, The facility (Bldg. 1283) is a secure facility and the contractor must coordinate with the building occupants for access. Estimated Range: $80,000 - $110,000 Performance Period: 240 days. The approximate issue/response date will be 10 Jul 95. No telephone requests.
