Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, plant, materails, and performing all operations in connection with repairing roofs using an IDIQ contract. The contract consists of individual delivery orders issued to include work for base buildings and military family housing, located in MacDill AFB and Avon Park. The work includes flashing, gravel stops, gutter and down spounts, expansion joints, new roofs, complete roof replacement, partial roof replacement, repairing and patching existing roofs. Types of roofs will include built-up, single-ply membrane (i.e. elastomeric) modified bitumen, standing seam, corrugated metal and shingle. Roof decks may be concrete, metal, or wood. The contract will consist of one base year plus four option years. The minimum contract amount for one year is estimated at $5,000 and the maximum is estimated at $400,000. Individual delivery orders will be between $5,000 and $100,000. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. SDB concerns interested in having the project set-aside should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest by providing previous project references for similar type work, bonding capacity, and a positive statement of eligibility as small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice.
