The work will also include replacement and installation of disconnect switches, conduits, and wirings and other related electrical accessories, perform some excavation and concrete work, fabrication and assembly of piping and ductwork components, welding, insulating, charging the system for test, startup and operational test and other related work, complete and ready for operation. The work is located at South Finegayan Family Housing Area, U. S. Navy Public Works Center, Guam, M. I. This proposed solicitation is being considered for 100% Set-Aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 1711. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office above, evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns as well as from SDB concerns. The performance period is 270 calendar days from the date of award. The estimated dollar range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. A limited number of bid packages will be available on or about 17 July 1995 at no charge and issued on a first come first serve basis. Only one set per request.
