Program Research Development Announcement (PRDA) 95-09-AAK published 24 Mar 95 entitled ''Integrated Communications, Navigation, Identification Subsystems (ICNIS) is hereby amended as follows: Competition will be restricted to a limited number of responsible sources. A Justification and Approval (J&A) has been approved citing 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one or limited responsible sources, as the authority for negotiations. The ICNIS program requires access to F-22 Special Access Required (SAR) data, which is proprietary to six potential sources. The following are the sources: Lockheed-Martin, Hughes, TRW, GEC Marconi, ITT Avionics and Rockwell Collins. The date for submission of proposals is hereby extended until 1500 hours, local time, 6 Jul 95 and shall be submitted to Alan Struckman, WL/AAKR, Area B, Bldg 7, 2530 C Street, Wright Patterson AFB OH 45433-760.
