The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington has a requirement to procure a walk-in enviornmental chamber for use in processing, curing and testing paint samples. The successful offeror will be required to deliver the chamber FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Weapons Center, Carderock Division, Bethesda, Maryland. The maximum exterior size of the complete chamber including controls shall not exceed ten (10) feet long x five (5) feet wide x eight (8) feet high. The refrigeration compressor can not extend beyond the eight (8) foot height. The temperature range shall be 25 degrees F to 125 degrees F +/- 1.0 degrees F. The humidity range shall be 25 degrees RH to 99% RH +/- 1%. The lighting shall be 70 foot candles @ 3ft above floor. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
