This is a solicitation for multifamily inspection service in the eight states in the Southeast/Caribbean Area of HUD. Services include on-site physical inspections of HUD-insured, HUD-held, direct loans and assisted multifamily projects to determine the acceptability of the physical condition pursuant to HUD Handbook 4350.1. One or multiple requirements fixed-price contracts will be awarded as a result of this solictation. All responsible sources may submit a bid. The basic contract period will run from date of award through September 30, 1996. There are three one-year options.
