A -- PROGRAMMATIC AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES FOR CONTINUED SUPPORT IN THE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION AND FIELDING OF THE LONGBOW APACHE HELICOPTER SOL DAAJ09-95-R-0550 DUE 071595 POC J. Programmatic and technical support services in support of the Apache Attack Helicopter-Project Manager's Office (AAH-PMO), as follows: Materiel Fielding, Reliability and Maintainability (RAM), Built-in Test (BIT), and Testability Support for the Apache Logistics Management Division, to include: (a) Support of RAM scoring conferences, development of RAM program documentation, evaluation of RAM impacts on design changes; and (b) Tracking of Fire Control Radar (FCR) BIT performance, demonstrations, and correlation of BIT characteristics to Initial Operational Test and Evaluation (IOTE) and Force Development Test and Experimentation (FDTE) results. Test & Evaluation (T&E) support for the AAH-PMO and Apache Product Manager (APM) T&E to include: (a) On-site coordination at Mesa, AZ; and development of test requirements for Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) aircraft. Production transition support. Longbow Apache (LBA) and FCR risk assessments. Support of aircraft functional configuration audit. Collecting, analyzing, compiling, and presenting data; status findings and progress; provide recommendations with rationale; and develop plans, as required, for reviews, investigations, assessments, and reports. Milestone Decision III Review, Request for Proposal (RFP) preparation, plus support in evaluation of proposals for the long lead and production contracts for LBA aircraft and FCR. Provide technical, logistical, and business inputs to plans, programs and budgets supporting Longbow program execution. Provide support for acquisition, configuration management, and maintenance management of Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) for the LBA aircraft and FCR. Particular attention to support of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) will be required. Materiel Fielding Plan preparation, Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) updates.
