The system will be used to develop Test Program Sets (TPSs) that will support the testing of Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs). The contract type is anticipated to be a Fixed Price services contract. The period of performance is anticipated to be for a thirteen month period. Numbered Note 22 is applicable.
