SOL DABT39-95-B-0035 DUE 080495 POC Contract Specialist Dewayne Cochrane (405) 442-4315 (Site Code W804A6) Principal features of this project are as follows: Furnish all required plant, labor, equipment, and materials to complete all work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for the following: Provide demolition of existing, HVAC equipment, associated piping, remove compressor chiller, remove refrigerant piping, remove two gas-fired furnaces with DX coils, remove air cooled condenser, cut and/or remove concrete area for piping installation, remove existing automatic change over 3-way valves. Provide and install chiller with air stat., install chilled water pumps (2) install chilled water piping system, connect chilled water piping to existing heating water piping using change over valving install air handling unit, unit to have chilled/heating water coil, install manual change over valves, maintain operation of existing boiler and pump. Provide and install ductwork modification including ventilation air, repair concrete area/sidewalk. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the specifications and to perform other work items which may be required or associated with this type of work. The estimated issue date for this project is 07/05/95. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder/offeror.
