Z -- REPAIR SERVICES ADMINISTRATION BUILDING 215 Sol F48608-95-B0023. Due 081595. Contact Leona Fitzpatrick, 307-775-2635, Contract Administrator. Work includes but is not limited to complete interior renovation and conversion of approximately 6,350 square feet into office space including demolition of selected portions of the building, asbestos abatement, repairs and new work including partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, millwork, windows, doors, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Performance period for Firm Fixed Price construction contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be 240 calendar days. Invitation for Bid (IFB) is limited and will be furnished to the requestor on a first received, first served basis until supply is exhausted. Telphone requests will not be honored. The issue date will be on or about 6 Jul 1995 with bid opening date 30 days after issuance. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify our office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but no later than 23 Jun 95. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete information concerning management experience in similar wori and financial status should be submitted with references. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
