THIS IS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Services to provide all the material and labor for the installation and set-up of the M291 Production Facility. Contractor is responsible for the refurbishing, installation and testing of Government furnished equipment (GFE) and the following contractor supplied equipment: electronic air cleaner, 200 gal. air receiver tank, air filters and valves, 750 KV Transformer and Switch Gear and Breakers; for all building and equipment modifications, utility tie-ins as required to accomplish the requirements of the solicitation; and for machinery/equipment required for site preparation as delineated in Technicial Specification No SMCPB-ET-1994-14. The magnitude of said project is between $100,000 and $250,000. RFP DAAA03-95-R-0031 to issue on or about 23 June 95 with clsing date on or about 24 JUly 95.
