C -- OPEN END (INDEFINITE DELIVERY) ARCHITECT ENGINEER SERVICES SOL DAHA04-95-R-0018. DUE 072195. POC Contract Specialist, Carol Roulis, (805) 594-6216. Open-end (Indefinite Delivery) contract for architectural/engineering services (Type A, B and at Government option Type C Services) for design of various projects at the Air National Guard Base, Moffett Federal Field, California 94035-5006 (Santa Clara County). Services may be ordered for a period of one year after contract award with an option to extend services for an additional year. The A/E will receive a minimum of $5,000.00 design fees, no individual delivery order shall exceed $75,000.00 and total fees paid under the resultant contract shall not exceed $200,000.00. Work will include the preparation of plans, specifications and cost estimates for each project. Projects may include repair, maintenance, alteration and construction of pavement and drainage facilities, industrial and office buildings, fire alarm systems, gas, water and sewer systems; and the evaluation and alteration of heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems. Projects could include abatement of hazardous waste material, i.e. asbestos, lead paint, PCB's, and the propoer handling and disposal of same. Evaluation and selection of the firm will be based on the following selection criteria: (1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services; (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required; (3) Capacity to accomplish the work in required time; (4) Past performance on contracts with Government agencies (DOD) and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules; (5) Geographical location and knowledge of the locality of the project; (6) Total dollar amount of DOD fees awarded in the past 12 months, including National Guard. Type of contract will be indefinite delivery. This is an unrestricted announcement.
