The Contractor shall modify the ice skating rink at Pershing Park located on Pennsylvania Avenue between 14th and 15th Streets, NW, Washington, DC. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform the required demolition and removal of existing concrete slab, piping and other equipment and install new piping, concrete and all other necessary equipment to convert the existing R-22 refrigerant system to a Brine system. The range for this project is $250,000 to $500,000.
