Work includes but is not limited to: Widening and heightening existing door openings in masonry walls, Installation of new fiberglass reinforced polyester doors and door hardware, Shortening or extending concrete curbs around new door openings, Repairing concrete flooring and gypsum wallboard ceiling, Applying epoxy coating, Installing stainless steel corner guards, Removing existing showers and Relocating lighting fixtures. This procurement is a total set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Cost range for this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Bid bonds will be required. Subsequently, Payment and Performance bonds will be required from the successful Offeror.
