Disconnect steam supply lines in all four buildings, removal of steam converters from each building, removal of asbestos, and installing Government Furnished (GF) boilers for both domestic and heating hot water. This will be a firm fixed-price requirements type contract. Ordering period is 365 days from the Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $7.0 million.
