This project consists of furnishing all manpower, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for removal of the existing pneumatic controls and installation of a new Direct Digital Control (DDC) Building Automation System. The new Control Systems for HVAC, and Lighting, must be compatible with the existing equipment and systems. An important element of this project involves continued operation of the entire facility during construction. A Preproposal Conference is required and scheduled for July 7, 1995 at 9:30 A.M. in Room 207, Houston General Mail Facility Annex, 1002 Washington Avenue, Houston, Texas.
