Z -- REPLACE HVAC SYSTEM, MIDWEST CITY, OK., USARC SOL DABT39-95-B-0005 DUE 080495 POC Contract Specialist Dewayne Cochrane (405) 442-4315 (Site Code W804A6) Principal features of this project are as follows: Furnish all required plant, labor, equipment, and materials to complete all work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for the following: Remove existing cooling tower, piping and structure, remove and replace existing boilers and chiller; piping, controls and accessories, remove and replace heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) piping, pumps, and accessories. Remove and replace HVAC controls systems. Remove and replace fusible panelboard. Provide new electrical service to new boilers, chiller, controls, and pumps. Provide equipment pad and screen for new chiller location. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the specifications and to perform other work items which may be required or associated with this type of work. The estimated issue date for this project is 07/05/95. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder/offeror.
