Wheeler (405) 442-3225 (Site Code W804A6) The work to be performed includes the following principal features: Provide demolition of existing HVAC equipment, associated piping, electrical, site work and architectural. Provide and install new chiller, chilled water pumps and piping system, two air handling units. Provide and install three new furnaces, ductwork modifications, hot water boiler, hot water pumps and piping, fire dampers, exhaust fans, and associated water control/movement specialties items, and install manual change over valves system. Provide HVAC control systems, test and balance system, and associated electrical wiring. Provide electrical feeder, panel, controlboard and electrical wiring, and conduit to make a complete and usable HVAC system. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish items which may be required or associated with this type of work. The estimated issue date for this project is July 5, 1995. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder. Such fees shall be in the form of a check or postal money order payable to the U.S. Treasury and mailed to the Directorate of Contracting, ATTN: Contract Support Division (Laurie Wheeler), PO Box 33189, Fort Sill, OK 73503-0189.
