The exterior work consists of: aluminum facade, steeple, gutters, downspouts, entry ramp for handicapped access, brick retaining wall, and grading at Chapel entry to correct water surface problems. The existing water main will be extended 45 ft for a new sprinkler system. There will be provisions for new: electrical & mechanical systems, 200 Amp service, fire alarm system, lighting, A/C, and any other incidental related work. Also, relocate air handler in foyer for noise control; replace steam condensate pumps and piping; install a sprinkler system to meet fire protection code requirements; and install new lavatory fixtures for A.D.A. compliance. Estimated cost range: $100,000 to $250,000. The SIC code is 1542 and the small business size standard ($17.0 Million) are applicable to this contract. This proposed contract is being considered for 100% set aside for SDB concerns. Interested SDB should, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest by providing evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically DB concern.
