The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment for the restoration of the nitrogen system and incidental related work, including high pressure gas facility foundations; heating system; nitrogen system piping and controls. Major elements of the work include: constructing and refurbishing equipment foundations; relocating and installing existing equipment; providing and installing vacuum jacked nitrogen piping; replacement of the boiler system; providing and installing two nitrogen transfer pumps; modifications to existing motor control centers and the electrical distribution system; the provision of a new motor control center; and all work associated with connecting the nitrogen system to the Centers Energy Management and Control System/Building Automation System.
