PRESOLICITAITON NOTICE.The work includes construction of a storage facility for containment of hazardous waste drums; sealing of an existing secondary containment structure containing bulk storage tanks; seismic retrofit of existing bulk storage tanks; lining of existing bulk storage tanks; catwalks and railings for existing bulk storage tanks; office and file storage space; concrete pavement and storm drainage system for a material loading/offloading area and incidental related work. During performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 95 July 11 at no charge until supply is exhausted. Contract completion time is 250 calendar days.
