Provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to remove the existing chillers and supporting equipment in sections ''B'' and ''A''; install two government furnished 250 ton chillers in section ''A''; replace the connecting chilled water piping between sections ''A'', ''A'', and ''C''; move a cooling tower from section ''B'' to ''C''; and replace a cooling tower in section ''C'' all in building 989. Work includes removing existing energy monitoring and control system and installing a direct digital control system to monitor and control 13 AHU and six (6) fan coil units.
