Work included: Mechanical repair central chiller, pumps, air handlers and ducts; electrical repair power panel boards 120/208 42ct, fire alarm system and communication raceway; communication/data includes telephone cable, data cable plenum rated level 5; provide temporary triple wide trailers units (nominal dimensions): 36 ft x 60 ft) while work being performed. Architectural includes painting walls, install doors and frames, wallcovering, and drywall. This project includes abatement of asbestos containing and lead containing materials. Also includes substantial demolition of walls and partitions on first & second floors of building. Construction time is 540 days after Notice to Proceed. Bid Opening is tentatively scheduled for 12 Aug 95. The applicable SIC CODE for this acquisition is 1541 and SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD is $17.0M. Estimated range of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
