Presolicitation information is requested for project to construct a
radar site which includes preparing a site by filling and cutting
earth, providing access raods, two concrete radar pads, four concrete
pads for facilities, one foundation pad for boresight tower, power
lines and communication lines and incidental related work. The Standard
Industrial Code for this project is 1771; the small business size
standare is $7.0 million. The estimated cost range of this procurement
is between $100,000 and $250,000. Anticipated performance time is 180
calendar days. Plans and specifications are anticipated to be
available on or about 15 Aug 1995, until supply is exhausted. the
proposed solicitation listed here is being considered for 100% small
disadvantaged business (SDB) set-aside firm-fixed price contract. When
responses to this notice have been evaluated, the solicitation will be
synopsized announcing the set-aside determination. At that time
requests for plans and specifications will be accepted from all
interested businesses. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as
possible but not later than 15 days after the appearance of this
notice, INDICATE INTEREST In THE ACQUISITION BY PROVIDING TO THE
CONTRACTING OFFICE ABOVE IN WRITING The FOLLOWING: EVIDENCE OF
