This project is to provide a dedicated Ambulatory Care Clinic for females and also include the design of renovation of the Emergency rooms of Ambulatory Care with total renovation of approximately 10,200 GFS. The major work consist of interior remodeling work utilizing basic finishes and having utility service tying the existing building system for the new area. The renovation will involve the replacement of utility system such as electrical, plumbing and HVAC upgrade, architectural upgrades to ceiling, flooring,walls, wall covering, doors, and cabinets. Selection criteria will include: l. Team proposed for this project; 2 proposed management plan; 3. Previous experience of team proposed for this project;4.Location and Facilities of working office(s);5. Present proposed design for this project; 6. Past performance on contracts in terms of accuracy in cost estimating, cost controls, quality of work and compliance with performance shcedules; 7. Computer Aided Design and Drafting.
