C -- SURVEY OF A FARM PROPERTY TO DETERMINE BOUNDARY LINES SOL AE-PA-5-009. DUE 071395. Contact Deborah Dozier, 717/782-3705. The service will consist of surveying a farm located in Susquehanna County in Pennsylvania. A survey will be completed in order to determine the farm property's boundary lines, so potential purchasers will know where the property lines are located. After the survey is completed, a legal description will need to be written. A/E selection criteria will include (in descending order of importance): 1. Professional qualifications of prospective contractor in conducting boundary surveys, including all personnel employed by firm providing the required specialized services. Familiarity with ``Manual of Practice for Professional Land Surveyor in Commonwealth of PA''; 2. Specialized experience in surveying greater than 10 acres rural and rolling tracts, including record research, field investigation, measurements, boundary monumentation preparation of plot, and writing of a legal boundary descriptions or deeds; 3. Past performance on contracts with Government agencies and/or private industry in terms of quality of work, cost control, and compliance with performance schedules; 4. Capacity to accomplish work under contract within a minimum time frame and to handle multiple projects (at least 3 or 4) in a timely manner. Address the volume and nature of present workload as it relates to the ability to perform the work required; 5. Familiarity with State, County and Local regulations, application procedures, and approval process governing performance of the contract.
