The quantity to be purchased is 4,670 pairs maximum and one pair minimum quantity for various footwear items to be delivered to the defense orthopedic footwear clinic, botson, MA. This Solicitation will be issued IAW 10 USC 2304(C)(3) industrial mobilization. Offerors must be aplanned producer or become a planned producer before award.
