Related work includes new 15 lb asphalt saturated felt paper, new aluminum flashing, new roof exhaust vents, and associated attachments. Repair and/or restore lawns and landscaping to original condition. Prepare, prime and paint new fascia boards to match color of existing trim colors. The existing garages are not to be reshingled. The government will provide some asphalt starter rolls and asphalt shingles in quantities and colors as described herein to be picked up and signed for by the contractor in the Navy warehouse. The contractor will be responsible for providing any remaining starter rolls and shingles that will be required if the government furnished materials (GFM) are not adequate to complete the project.
