All work shall be in accordance with the project drawings, specifications, national, local and applicable codes as per requirements of all governing agencies. A $100.00 refundable bid deposit is required with written request and check made payable to Department of Veterans Affairs. A limited number of bidding documents (one set per prime contractor) will be available O/A 9/1/95, on a first come first service basis until supply is exhausted.
