Work includes, but is not limited to, trench excavation in both sodded and paved areas, demolition and disposal of exiting clay pipe, installation of new PVC piping, installation of manholes, backfill, compaction, restoration of lawns, roads, curbs, etc. Existing sanitary flows shall be maintained during performance of contract. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250.000. IFB 641-35-95 to be issued on or about June 30, 1995. Bid opening date is scheduled for July 31, 1995 at 2:00 P.M. (local time). SIC Code 1623 will apply to this contract. Cost of the plans and specifications for this project is $25.00 per set, non-refundable, check of money order shall be made payable to Department of Veterans Affairs (no cash will be accepted).
