Hollow core planks shall have concrete topping. Buildings are 28' x 40' with steel stairs and painted exteriors. Height of roof above finish grade is approximately 20'. The work shall also include earthwork and site grading. The period of performance is 180 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $250,000 to $500,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1741, for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
