Mathis, Contracting Officer, (303)361-3315. To be performed in Building 500, Main Hospital, Fitzsimons Army Medical Center, Aurora, CO. The principal features of the project include elevators, structural, demolition, general construction, HVAC, electrical, doors and hardware, and painting. This project consists of repairs to existing elevators in Building 500. This project will be accomplished in four phases with overall completion within 450 calendar days. There are no lead based paints and/or asbestos containing materials involved in this project, or their abatement. The estimated magnitude of this project is $1 Million - $5 Million. Competition for this requirement is unrestricted. All responsible businesses may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency. Solicitation will be issued o/a July 7, 1995 with bids due 30 days after actual issue date. There is a $90.00 nonrefundable charge for each copy of the solicitation requested. CHECKS MUST ACCOMPANY A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER FOR THE REQUEST TO BE HONORED.
