Building shall have a metal building frame with metal stud and brick veneer wall systems with aluminum windows and hollow metal doors. Roof shall be standing seam metal. Interior work includes metal stud/gypsum board partitions,wood doors, millwork, vinyl composition tile and suspended acoustical tile ceilings. The work also includes mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. Exterior work includes site utilities, earthwork, grading, sowing, seeding and concrete sidewalks. The period of performance is 180 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $250,000 to $500,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1542, for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million.
