Widen entrance, replace stainless steel sinks, install new floor drain. Replaced clean out cover plate, mirrors, painting of ceiling and walls. Repalce one wall mounted exhaust fan. The Standard Industrial Code for this project is 1711; the small business size standard is $7.0 million. The estimated cost range of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Anticipated performance time is 120 calendar days.
