The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, supervision, and management necessary to Street Sweeping Service for the Naval Command, Control, and Ocean Surveillance Center, NISEWEST Division located in San Diego County. This will be a 100% Firm Fixed Price type contract. This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB). Solicitations will not be mailed to firms within a twenty mile radius of the issuing office.
