Performance will be from 10/1/95 through 9/30/96 with four (4) one-year options for the periods October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997, October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998, October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999 and October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000.
