USPFO For Idaho has a requirement to purchase a Target Control System (TCS). The TCS shall consist of target interface devices (TID), computer interface device (CID), and a battery powered computer with necessary range operating software. This system shall support the hard-wired, remote control and hit scoring, of a minimum of 70 Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) M31 Target Lifting Mechanisms, and be capable of supporting up to 240 target mechanisms with additional TIDs. The TCS shall be available for delivery within 180 calendar day after receipt of award. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. This Standard Industrial Classification for this acquisition is 3949. Interested SB concerns should notify our office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as early as possible but no later than 14 days after publication of this notice. If adequate interest is not received from SB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
