The 20 ft x 27 ft x 38 ft eave height building will be steel framed with masonry walls with the roof being flat concrete deck. The structure shall be on a spread footing foundation. Access road will be gravel with concrete walkway. Work includes but is not limited to excavation and earthfill, compacting and grading; construction of a new building; pavingand landscaping. The estimated project cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is a total small business set-aside. SIC code 1542 applies.
