Contractor(s) shall provide a variety of circuit breakers consisting of the following quantities and ratings: four 15.5 kV; one 38 kV; seven 72.5 kV with an option to deliver 12 more; three 121 kV with an option to deliver 12 more; three 169 kV; and six 242 kV with an option to deliver 15 more. The acquisition of each of these units shall also include: spare parts, services of erecting engineer, and an option to supply power circuit breaker monitors. Delivery shall be to various substations throughout the western and mid-western United States including Wyoming, Iowa, Arizona, Montana, South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, and Colorado. Multiple awards are anticipated. IFB DE-FB65-95WA13014 will be issued o/a July 11, 1995, on an unrestricted basis. All bids from responsible sources will be considered. The solicitation will be issued on double-sided, high-density DOS-formatted 3.5-inch floppy diskettes; created using WordPerfect 5.1, formatted for printing on a postscript printer.
