Dust collection, electrical and catch basin upgrades at the Potomac Job Corps Center located in Washington, D.C. The work to be performed under this project consists of Building No. 51 Carpentry Shop requires a dust collection system to serve all dust producing equipment, a manually operated general exhaust system, and associated electrical work. Other electrical work involves upgrading panels, circuit breakers and circuits to adequately serve electric loads in Buildings Nos. 7 and 14. Bid Alternate: Site drainage improvements and repairs on or near Building Nos. 3, 4, 5, and 7 include excavation, new downspouts, piping, boots, concrete swales and sidewalk repair to direct storm water to new and existing catch basins. The estimated cost range of construction is between $25,000 to $100,000. Substantial completion shall be in 182 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
