Consoles - modules are combinations of workstations, stripchart recorders racks, video display monitors, dedicated video monitors, and communication panels. All module components are built into consoles that include removable racks for workstations or stripchart recorders, removable table surfaces, document storage space, and lighting; stringent space limitations require exact measurements of consoles/modules be met. The minimum salient characteristics are met by the Knurr, Simi Valley, CA, part numbers provided or equivalents. Tall modules have four configurations: 1. Eight (8) each stripchart/stripchart workstations to house two roll-in stripchart recorder racks, stripchart preamps, communication panels, video/display monitors, video selector, timing, Knurr P/N: DS15389; 2. Four (4) each workstation/ workstation must be able to house two (2) roll-in workstations, communications panels, video display monitors, video selector, timing, Knurr P/N: DS15390; 3. Ten (10) each workstation/strip- chart recorder, communications panels, video/display monitors, video selector, timing, Knurr P/N: DS15391; 4. Ten (10) each stripchart recorder/workstation is mirror image of workstation/stripchart recorder module, Knurr P/N: DS15392. These consoles must have the following features: 86'' overall height, 51.2'' overall depth including table surface area, 29.5'' table height, 59.4'' length, solid tacon top cover, one (1) removable sloped monitor turret (on right or left), one (1) 13 height units (22.75'') mounting height, (18.8'') mounting depth sloped mount turret, two (2) mounting holes for stripchart recorder rack usable L = 24.4'', one (1) center writing surface, one (1) headset/speaker panel (5.9'' length, 7'' height) installed above the writing surface, three (3) manual storage spaces, one (1) bottom modesty panel (with cable access hole), two (2) outside side panels, two (2) solid rear doors with two (2) 115 VAC fans, finger guards, and plug leads, one (1) full height center rear modesty panel, and two (2) bottom support pans with cutout for support. Each console must have the following accessories: Two (2) 20-amp, 6 outlet plug strips with 15' cords, three (3) chassis supports, one (1) angled monitor installation bracket, two (2) earth ground bars, two (2) lights installed in headset and one (1) height unit blank panel. Medium Modules: Forty (40) each Knurr P/N: DS15394, stripchart recorder racks, and thirty (30) each Knurr P/N: DS15395, workstation racks - must be able to house the stripchart recorder or workstation. These racks must be able to roll in/out and attach to the tall modules. These consoles must have the following features: 55.75'' overall height, 23.6'' length, and 27.6'' depth (including removable writing surface), 19'' 14-height units (24.5) mounting height above writing surface, writing surface table height of 29.5'' with removable paper access panel, one (1) 20mm rack top or one (1) pullout monitor shelf, one (1) writing surface with ''cubby'' hole for keyboard (clearance = 2''), one (1) vented fixed shelf (lower area, castors, removable side panels, mounting hardware, two (2) 20 amp plug strip, and one (1) ground bar. Low Modules: sixteen (16) each Knurr P/N: DS15393, low profile console must be able to house the workstation with 20'' monitor, communications panel and two (2) dedicated video monitors. The consoles must have the following features: 38.75'' overall height, 59.4'' length, 51.2'' depth (including writing surface), and 29.5'' table height, two (2) 19'' 4 height units (7'') mounting height bezels at 15 degree slope, one (1) 6'' headset bezel in center, and one (1) headset panel, two (2) upper fixed vented standard unit shelves installed behind bezel area lower compartment areas. Each table portion must have the following features: 26.5'' height, 32.5'' depth, 27.95'' width, tow (2) solid lower rear doors, two (2) solid front doors, two (2) removable side panels, two (2) rear upper fan panels with two (2) fans, finger guards and plug leads, two (2) 10 amp plug strips, two (2) ground bars, and two (2) lights in headset panel. Delivery and installation will be at Edwards Air Force Base, CA. FOB point will be destination. A site visit will be held on or about Wednesday, 12 July 1995. The names and phone numbers for any persons planning on attending the site visit must be provided to the contract negotiator prior to the date of the site visit. Solicitation will be issued on or about 27 June 1995 with a 30 day proposal period. Proposals from all responsible sources will be considered.
