Ref: F0561195R0033, POC: Tim Whalen, 719-472-2794. Spreaders shall be 409 stainless steel construction of sides, ends, sills, side supports, floor, feedgate, chain shield, and spinner chute assembly. Options to include: Top grate Screens, Trunnion Tailgate Latch, and Chain Oiler. Inside length to be 15 feet, top inside width 78'', side height 50''. The hopper is to be electrically welded 10 gauge steel. Body sides are to be sloped 45 degrees and ends sloped 18 degrees. Inside welds to be continuous from to top bottom. Body floor is 7 gauge steel bolt replaceable. Hydraulically operated from existing control valves, set to relive at 1500 PSI with an independent on/off control.
