The channel shall be dredged to a depth of 35 feet with 2 feet of allowable overdepth, transporting, and placing the dredged material within the Craney Island Rehandling Basin. The dredged materials (approximately 38,000 cubic yards including estimated accretion and allowable overdepth) shall be placed in barges or scows, and transported and deposited in the Government Furnished Placement area at the Rehandling Basin in the Craney Island Dredged Material Management Area. The magnitude is estimated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This project is an unrestricted acquisition. Duration of the project is 65 calendar days.
