Z -- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR KNMD 95-4004, MAINTAIN/REPAIR INTERIORS, MFH FY 68 (OLD OHANA NUI), HICKAM AFB HAWAII SOL F64605-95-B0020 POC H'STRELLA A. Work includes but is not limited to the modernization of the kitchen and baths in FY 68 hoursing area, replacement of cabinet and counter tops with hardwood-plywood cabinets; installation of hardwood-plywood facias at top of wall cabinets, replacement of double compartment sinks, range hoods, flooring, garbage disposers, lavatories, and applicable fixtures, installation of smoke detectors, GFCI receptacles and other miscellaneous work. A solicitation will be issued in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition.
