Also, the demolition of housing and grade restoration is required. There will be provisions for new: A/C units, concrete- masonry fire rated walls, gypsum board partitions, resilient flooring, carpeting, wood-framed exterior walls, domestic hot water heaters & tanks, vinyl siding, concrete platforms, landscaping, piping insulation, and any other incidental related work. Estimated cost range: $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. The SIC code is 1522 and the small business size standard ($17.0 Million) are applicable to this contract. This proposed contract is being considered for 100% set aside for SDB concerns. Interested SDB should, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest by providing evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically DB concern.
