Coleman, Contract Specilist, 202-447-9158 U-The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Economic & Community Development has a requirement for design, development and implementation of training and human resource development activities for the Human Resources Development and Training Staff. It is anticipated that at least three (3) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts will result from this requirement and task orders will be competed amoung the holders throughout the year as needed. The contractor will be required to analyze, design, develop, and/or deliver advance creative solutions in accordance with the requirements of each individual Task Order. Specific delivery requirements will be negotiated per Task Order. Solicitation number RP-3157-5-0011 will be issued on or about July 15, 1995. To ensure timely receipt of the solicitation package all requests must be received by June 30, 1995. All requests must be written and may be forwarded to USDA, RECD, Procurement Management Staff, 14th & Independence Ave., SW, Washington, DC 20250-0700. Previous requests for solicitation number RP-3157-5-0007 will not be honored under solicitation number RP-3157-5-0011.
