R -- PROVIDE SENIOR EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT SEARCH SERVICES FOR THE NEW YORK CITY TRANSIT AUTHORITY FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3 YEARS) SOL CMM0999. DUE 071295. Contact Point, Harvey M. The factors that the Authority will consider in evaluating proposals will include in relative order of importance, the following: (1) Knowledge of overall requirements; (2) Experience in providing recruitment services, particularly on a Senior Executive level; (3) Experience and qualifications of assigned personnel; (4) Cost analysis (proposed fees and expenses); (5) Adequacy and completeness of the proposal with regard to the work and all matters called for in the RFP; (7) Project staffing including subconsultants; (8) Primary business of recruitment services, preferably over the last five years, on a continuous basis. A pre-proposal Conference will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 1995 at 2:30 P.M. in Conference Rooms 3 & 4, 6th Floor, at 130 Livingston Street (at Boerum Place), Brooklyn, New York 11201.
