This system extracts and treats organic contaminated groundwater under treatment standards contained in the SADA Record of Decisions, SADA Federal Facility Agreement and Sacramento County Industrial Sewer Regulations. This acquisition will be conducted under SIC code: 8999. The size standard for this SIC code is: $3.5M. Large businesses competing for this project must comply with the FAR 52.219-9 clause regarding the requirement for a subcontracting plan on the part of the work it intends to subcontract.
